JustMet AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using JustMet AI. By opening an account or chatting with a companion you agree to everything written below.

  1. AgreementBy using JustMet AI you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please stop using the website.
  2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use JustMet AI.
  3. Nature of the serviceJustMet AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional characters. No profile describes a real person.
  4. No real relationshipCompanions are written characters. Nothing on JustMet AI creates a relationship with a real individual.
  5. Not professional adviceConversations are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and must not be relied on as such.
  6. EmergenciesJustMet AI is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
  7. Account creationYou agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them up to date.
  8. Account securityYou are responsible for your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
  9. One account per personAccounts are personal. You may not share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
  10. Acceptable useYou agree not to use JustMet AI for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or fraudulent purposes.
  11. Prohibited contentContent involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence or illegal activity is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination.
  12. No automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk downloading or automated interaction with JustMet AI is not permitted without written consent.
  13. No reverse engineeringYou may not decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the underlying components of the service.
  14. Service interferenceYou may not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of JustMet AI.
  15. Intellectual propertyAll names, characters, imagery, text and design elements of JustMet AI are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors.
  16. Limited licenceYou receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access JustMet AI for private, non-commercial use.
  17. Your contentYou keep ownership of what you write and grant us only the licence needed to operate and improve the service.
  18. Content responsibilityYou are solely responsible for the messages you send and confirm they do not infringe anyone's rights.
  19. Generated outputCharacter replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected.
  20. ModerationWe may review, filter or remove content and restrict features to keep JustMet AI safe and lawful.
  21. Fees and billingAny paid features are described before purchase and charged through our payment provider in the stated currency.
  22. RenewalsSubscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  23. RefundsRefunds are granted only where required by applicable consumer law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
  24. Virtual itemsCredits or virtual items have no monetary value outside JustMet AI and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  25. Changes to the serviceWe may add, modify or discontinue features, companions or pages at any time.
  26. AvailabilityJustMet AI is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
  27. Third-party servicesExternal sites and providers linked from JustMet AI operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for them.
  28. Disclaimer of warrantiesTo the fullest extent permitted by law the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  29. Limitation of liabilityWe are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of JustMet AI.
  30. IndemnityYou agree to hold JustMet AI harmless from claims resulting from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
  31. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice where the breach is serious.
  32. Your right to leaveYou may stop using JustMet AI and request account deletion at any time.
  33. PrivacyUse of JustMet AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
  34. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules.
  35. Changes to termsUpdated terms are published on this page and continued use after publication means you accept them.
